This is a fast and delicious tuna melt that I've been making for years!
This is a double-crusted pie that is filled with a fabulous mixture of saut Eed onions, mushrooms, spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and a beaten egg. The savory filling is poured into a prepared crust, topped with another round of pastry and baked until the crust is golden brown. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Shredded zucchini in a creamy sauce, served over noodles.

This tangy chicken salad is a snap to prepare and will delight your taste buds with creamy, apricot and green onion-studded sweet and sour dressing.

This recipe was given to us by my husband's aunt. It has the same ingredients as a Reuben sandwich. If you love Reubens you should love this!
This appetizer is a cool pizza made with refrigerated crescent roll dough and topped with finely chopped vegetables. Zucchini, mushrooms, green peppers, green onions and tomatoes all work well as toppings.
