Beer Can Chicken Recipe Barbecue by the BBQ Pit Boys
The BBQ Pit Boys show you how to barbecue up two tender and juicy 4lb. chickens on the grill, Beer Can Chicken Style. And, it's real easy to do. All you need for this barbecue chicken recipe favorite is two cans of beer (or water if you must), salad oil dressing, 1 onion, salt, pepper, and any favorite basting sauce, such as our garlic butter with soy sauce. Fire up your grill to 325-350f, and in as little as 2 hours you will be dancing right along with the roasters, as their tender and juicy meat falls off the bones. You can print out this BBQ Pit Boys recipe at www.bbqpitboys.com ---

well fine that works, but not everyone has access to that, can works great for me . lol
@robdmhaze – just as a comfortable, safety precaution I use a stainless steel cylinder welded on a flat stainless platform. Fill cylinder halfway with beer, wine, fruit juice add spices like rosemary, garlic, etc. Cleaner & safer.
yummy.. I do this over camp fire also, just gotta watch it more carefully.bast it ever 1/2 hr also
im gana try that…i always hurd of it but looking this vid makes me want to cook a beer can chicken yuuum
you always need a couple cans of beer!
well if you were scared off the paint, just cook the can for about 30 min on a high heat on the BBQ, Direct on grill, the paint usually is gone by the end. Thats what i do. then i just clean off can and use with bird. You can then clean can off and use again. Anyways the temp inside the bird does not get hot enough to release the paint..
low temp cooking “beer can” chicken has not been shown to harm anyone, except the damn drunk chicken. Ya’ll better stick with Mickey D’s billy….much safer eatin’, eh dude?….rofl
Just what I want to cook my food with … a painted aluminum can!
where can i get the soundtrack
Me wonder after cooking that chicken over the beer, can you drink it when it cools off? haha
